All CSS (stylesheet) and images are released under a Creative Commons Attribution 2.5 License, and the rest of the theme files are released under a GNU GPL License. It means if you are using this CSS/images to redesign or redistribute, you are required to link back to the authors in your footer. You however, can make any changes you want to all the php files in any way you like. However, you are encouraged to leave the credits for theme authors intact.
